Treatment for all your mental healthcare needs in one place
Initial Evaluation
During this 60–75 minute appointment, we’ll get to know you through a thorough history and discussion of your current concerns.
This comprehensive session explores your mental health symptoms, lifestyle, and environmental stressors. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy, or other evidence-based approaches.
Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to take the next steps toward well-being
Initial Evaluation: 60-75 minutes

Therapy & Med Management
During this 45 minute appointment, we will work with you on both medication management and therapy goals*.
We are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive processing therapy, and motivational interviewing. Therapy will focus on recognizing and changing maladaptive patterns of behavior to improve emotional responses, thoughts, and interactions with others.
*Therapy does not define someone as "ill." Like exercise, good nutrition, and stress reduction, therapy can be about self-improvement and prevention.
Follow-up visit: 45 minutes

Medication Management
During this 20 minute appointment, we focus on optimizing your medications and carefully reviewing the risks and benefits of each treatment option.
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, cost-conscious care, so any additional work-up— such as lab tests, neuropsychological evaluations, or consultations with other specialists— is ordered only when truly needed.
Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident about any medications you decide to take.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy
Sometimes, people “get stuck” and traditional therapy simply isn’t enough. Paula Storrer offers Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), a unique therapeutic modality, which combines psychotherapy with the psychoactive substance, Ketamine.
KAP has allowed people clarity and insight into their struggles in a way that has never been possible before. Patients who have not been able to talk about their past are frequently able to open up, experiencing it as “transcendent,” rather than “traumatizing.”
KAP treatments are 60 minutes, followed by “rest and recovery” in our waiting area. We recommend a total of 6 treatments over 3-6 weeks.
