Bailey Glab, APRN, PMHNP-BC, IEDS

Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Eating Disorder Specialist

Bailey Glab earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. She has worked in inpatient state hospital psychiatry, community mental health, crisis stabilization, and partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient (PHP/IOP) programs. Through these experiences, she has cared for adolescents and adults across a variety of public and private behavioral health settings. Bailey has also worked as a recovery coach for individuals with substance use disorders and eating disorders.

Bailey was selected as an Integrated Behavioral Health Scholar (IBHS) at UT Austin, where she received additional training in trauma-informed care, psychotherapy, and parent skills training. Her master's research focused on hormone-informed psychiatric care, particularly the role of reproductive hormones in mental health. Following graduation, she completed certification as an Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS), emphasizing weight-inclusive, evidence-based care for eating disorders and disordered eating.

Bailey believes that meaningful change begins with human connection, self-compassion, and freedom from shame. She strives to create appointments that feel more like conversations than interviews, where patients feel comfortable sharing openly, asking questions, and participating in their care. Her goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel understood, empowered, and supported in building lives that are meaningful and aligned with their values.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time outdoors, whether camping, fishing, or helping on her family's farm. Time in nature reminds her to slow down, practice gratitude, and appreciate the simple moments that bring meaning to everyday life.
